A 20 to 30 minute chat to learn your goals and experience. We also cover the basics of the role.

Hiring team interviews

Meet the manager and future teammates. For some roles you complete a small exercise or ride along.

Offer

If we both feel it is a fit we send a written offer with compensation, benefits, and start date.

Background check

Many roles require a standard background check and motor vehicle record for field positions.

Onboarding

Day one is focused on safety, tools, and introductions so you can start strong.

We aim to move quickly. Timeframes can vary by role and location.

Candidate questions

Yes for several roles. We provide training and pair you with a mentor. Bring curiosity and a service mindset.

We run a summer program in Network, Engineering, and Customer Care when available. Watch this page for openings.

Many Customer Care and Corporate roles can be remote in the US. Field and some Engineering roles are on site.

Review the job description and think through examples that show service, teamwork, and problem solving. If you are interviewing for field roles be ready to discuss safety and customer care.
