• Advertised internet speeds are up to. Actual performance varies with location, wiring, WiFi conditions, device capability, and network load
• Coverage maps or examples are approximations for illustration and do not guarantee service
• Whole Home WiFi performance depends on home layout, materials, interference sources, and device placement

Content, accuracy, and updates

• We try to keep information current and accurate. Errors, omissions, or out of date items can occur

Home Phone and 911 limitations

Home Phone uses Voice over Internet Protocol. Calls including 911 will not work during a power or broadband outage unless you have a compatible battery backup and the network is available. Emergency services route based on your registered service address. Keep this address accurate and up to date. Some devices and services such as alarm panels or fax may require special configuration or may not be compatible.
