Rcx Cable Subscriber Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Rcx Cable Internet, Cable TV, and Home Phone services and our websites and apps in the United States. By ordering, activating, or using any service you agree to this agreement.

Home Phone uses VoIP. 911 works only with power, network connection, and a correct registered service address. A battery backup is recommended.

Acceptable use policy

Use services in a lawful and reasonable manner. Prohibited examples include the items below.

  • Sending spam, bulk messages, or abusive calls
  • Infringing intellectual property or violating privacy rights
  • Unauthorized access, scanning, or attacks on networks or devices
  • Reselling or sharing service outside your premises
  • Using the service for unlawful surveillance or harassment
  • Bypassing usage policies, device limits, or security features
  • Interfering with our network or other customers

We may manage network traffic to maintain a good experience for all users. Repeated or serious violations can lead to suspension or termination.

No warranties

Services and equipment are provided on an as is and as available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties so these limits may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rcx Cable and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, and costs that arise from your use of the services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law or third party rights.

Dispute resolution and arbitration

Changes to services or terms

We may change services, features, pricing, or these terms as allowed by law. If changes are material we will provide notice by email, bill message, or on our site. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
